about

The Future Isn't What It Used to Be is the soundtrack to an imagined movie of the same name, a coming-of-age story about a group of friends out for a night of revelry in Glitch City -- a mega-city in a post-apocalyptic cyberpunk dystopia. Through a blend of lofi beats, synthwave textures, and glitchy details, the album follows its cast as they bar-hop and imbibe their way through complex relationships and losses of innocence.
